Shipping & Pickup details

All of Lady Y’s Juice and Detox Centers products are made with fresh, natural, and organic ingredients. In order to maintain the freshest product possible Coach Y will be using three (3) shipping days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; and (3) Pickup Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Shipping Orders

Once your order is placed. Allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Your order will then be shipped on the nearest shipping day(see above text). Upon completion of your order, you will be notified by email. If an order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday. Notifications will include your tracking number.

Note: Items are perishables, so be mindful of your tracking information.

Pickup Orders(Locals Only)

Once your order is placed. Allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Your order will then be available on the nearest pickup day(see above text). Upon completion of your order, you will be notified by email.

Tip: If you create an account you can get notified via text message.

If you chose the curbside pickup option(locals only), a Lady Y Juice and Detox Center Rep will reach out to the email you provided when your order is ready. Pickup times range from 1 pm to 6 pm.
